That they act so stupid sometimes. Especially people in florida..they seem to have an extra dose of stupid. No offense to floridians.

It's a wonderful life!

My life this past month or two has been so life-changing. I feel as if everything is going and coming, all at once. I feel excited, nervous, happy, scared, sad, anxious, exhillarated, all rolled into one. It's like nothing I've ever experienced before. I've just graduated high school, and I'm trying to find a job. Which is a lot harder than I thought it would be. My walk with God is becoming much stronger these days, which I am so thankful for. I don't want to end up straying away from God when I go off to college. College...*sigh*. I'm so excited for college, yet at the same time I am afraid of college. I'm sure it will be an exciting new experience, but I have a feeling it's not going to be easy. That's ok though. New challenges are good for you. I just feel as if I'm waiting on the edge of a cliff about to jump off. I wish I could just jump already!

Not your average love poem.

I like writing poems, but, you can only have so many sappy love poems. Well, this one is about love, but in a less sappy way. Yay!


Tiny me
beneath the big blue sky
as the clouds float slowly by
they're watching over me
this is love.
Tired me
finds my bible sitting on the bed
waiting to be read
the pages speak to me
this is love.
Happy me
eyes see his face
arms feel his warm embrace
he always waits for me
this is love.
Free me
singing to the ceiling
gives life an enormous feeling
I know he hears me
this is love.
